I am creating a multisite blog system that will be added onto an existing IP Board site. There will be a single sign on between IPB and wordpress. I am looking for someone to create a plugin that will automatically create a blog when a user signs up. I also need all existing users to be given a blog. I would like the network admin to be able to set up default roles for all new and existing users.
