Role Description: Tweaky Project Managers are the face of the company to customers. When a customer contacts Tweaky for a quote a PM is the first to review and assess the requirements of the brief in order to provide a quote that meets the customer’s needs, adheres to Web Development’s best practices and is contained within the scope of what is technically viable based on tweaky’s business model.
Project Managers are also able to communicate with and provide consultation to customers who are not yet clear on how to achieve certain objectives and should be able to translate their needs into specific tasks to accomplish the expected results.
PM also provide a valuable link between the customer and the developers to ensure communication is clear, concise and within the scope of a quote. Can also evaluate the delivered work to ensure it was correctly completed and otherwise deal directly with the developer to ensure any missteps are corrected to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
As a project manager you will be responsible for:
- Quoting projects out of a customer brief.
- Providing follow-ups and engaging in detailed technical conversations with the customer/developer to meet objectives
- Accurately estimate the amount of work required to do the job properly.
- Research the complexities and technicalities of a customer request to determine the most appropriate approach within tweaky’s business model.
- Judge the viability and profitability of a project prior to quoting.
- Pre-arrange projects with specific developers based on the scope where applicable.
- Consistently check on a project status to make sure it is being worked on and the expectations of the customer are being met within reasonable time.

- Resourceful and have a strong sense of research for learning new topics on the fly to get acquainted with a customer’s project.
- A strong sense of problem solving to quickly implement the best strategy out of a complex situation.
- The capacity to understand detailed flowcharts and guidelines for assessing a project’s scope.
- Great time management skills
- Outstanding customer service skills.
Job Requirements:
The perfect project manager will have:
- Strong knowledge of basic web development technologies: HTML, CSS and Javascript.
- Strong knowledge of WordPress and its inner workings
- Solid understanding of Shopify and similar shopping cart services
- A good sense of logic and basic programming language
- A drive to get things done, initiative to think about the next project, and a passion for service.
- Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-tasks and prioritize task in order to maintain required productivity levels.
