We want a programer/designer to build the exact same type system as offerupnow.com
Offerupnow has an app, WE don’t want an app.
Just has to be a responsive website with geo location of product listings.
After reviewing offerupnow you will see it is not a shopping cart. We are not programmers or developers and we would have to set up hosting on a new site.
Please JUST send how or what you would build the platform on, what you think your best designed responsive theme you have built and only url links that are relevant to THIS JOB.
